Appointment was cancelled by surgery, as the computers were not working. Receptionist advising said they will call and give me a new one. I had to chase and make new appointment after holding for 30mins. Difficult and long periods spent on phone to get through. One receptionist said results waiting for Doctor to see them before sharing on Patient Access. After seven days called again and the different receptionist said results not yet in. When confronted that the colleague had confirmed earlier, was told Doctor will check and they will advise. Blood test was done by a good nurse. Results came in good time but over two weeks the results not checked by GP or posted on Patient Access for one to evaluate.
