About: The Hoxton Surgery The Lawson Practice

(as a service user),

I needed urgent wound care and there was a young lady called Asia who helped me book in urgent care both at the Lawson Practice and at the Hoxton surgery! She was so lovely, great sense of humour! Also spoke with Jasmine and Kevin on the front desk who were super helpful despite being harassed by a stroppy pt!

Such a breath of fresh air, so happy I found this surgery

I am responsible for staff wellbeing and employment matters. I also ensure that the building is safe and fit for use by patients, external services and our own staff.

We are so pleased to read of such a positive experience, the Patient Navigators on reception try hard to help all our patients receive the care they need which includes booking in to our hub local services.

It is lovely that you found Asia particularly helpful with this and she will be very pleased to read your comments. Both Jasmine and Kevin are relatively new to the team and it is a boost for them to be mentioned too - compliments from our patients really do help to lift everyone's spirits so thank you very much for sharing your story.
