Jocelyn Solly Resource Centre. First off the reception staff where so rude and didn’t even let me finish speaking before they put me on hold and passed me to someone else. They said at least 5 words to me and then just put me on hold without even saying who they were putting me through to. I rang early in the morning and got told I would get a call back but I never did. So after ringing up and being ignored someone finally answered over 4 hours after my original call.
The doctor I was put through to just dismissed what I was saying and only went to prescribe one of the things I asked for and just ignored the other things I said. I rang back up 11 times and no one answered every single time. They’re supposed to be there for you and tell you to ring up when you need help but just dismiss what you’re saying and don’t even answer the phone to you.
