About: Lagan Valley Hospital / Urgent Care Centre

(as the patient),

I hurt my back when I fell badly after slipping on a downslope.  A friend made an appointment for me at A&E.

I was seen promptly, had an X-ray, given medication, all in under an hour.  I cannot praise the staff highly enough, they were caring, patient, helpful and professional.  The appointment system is an excellent idea and I hope it will be retained.
