My GP’s have provided outstanding care this year, despite Covid. I was diagnosed and treated for Trigeminal Neuralgia on the day I contacted them, with face to face visits as that was necessary. I also had 2 inquiries about suspect moles dealt with very sympathetically, by phone and in person. On top of this, an efficient vaccination program was run, saving my husband and I from a longer drive and stress.
I’m horrified by the attack on GP’s in the media and by government and wanted to express my appreciation for Park Lane Medical Centre in Leek as publicly as possible. The online triage is fantastic as I had extreme pain with TN and was dealt with immediately. I’ve since become aware that this is very rare, with sufferers being bounced to dentists, or A&E. my dentist and the online community have told me how very fortunate I have been.
I felt selfish asking for my moles to be looked at but again, I was seen in person, and reassured that I had done the right thing.
Thank you Park Medical Centre, you have exceeded expectations and treated me brilliantly this year.
