About: Lagan Valley Hospital / Urgent Care Centre

(as a carer),

I attended today with my mother who was acutely unwell. 

From start to finish the care she was given was amazing, all the staff were caring and friendly (even through the PPE). 

She had to wait for lots of tests to be completed and everyone kept us informed on what was happening and why.  She was given a cup of coffee and was even offered some lunch.  They really couldn’t have been kinder. 

Mum isn’t been out of the house in months due to covid so as you can imagine she was very anxious about coming to a hospital, the staff really put her at ease and made the whole experience as easy as possible.
