"Staff worth every penny"

About: Stepping Hill Hospital / Medical Assessment Unit (MAU)

(as a service user),

Staff are excellent worth every penny they earn, especially taking abuse from some patients.

The cleaner on the ward is excellent (Kerry)

No sleep at night due to some patients being noisy to the staff. 

Food hot and plenty of choice.

Staff seem stressed due to some of the interactions from some patients think this is unacceptable.
