"Love and care for My mother"

About: Coathill Hospital / Glenmore Unit (Care of the Elderly)

(as a service user),

Would like on behalf off all my family to thank nurses and all staff at Coathill hospital in Coatbridge for the love and care they showed my mother who sadly passed away in the hospital yesterday morning 💔

They truly are all a credit to NHS and themselves . We will never forget what they have done 

For mum and us plenty off tea coffee toast 

Well done as a team guys dayshift / Nightshift

Dear Jacqui G

May I firstly express my sympathy to you and your family following the sad loss of your mother. I can appreciate that this must be a very difficult time for your family and I am extremely grateful that you have taken the time to share your family's experience with us.

It was lovely to hear that during your mother's admission to Coathill Hospital, she was treated with love and compassion, from the whole team. The compassion you mentioned is the care we strive to deliver to every patient, every day and it is great to hear that they getting it right! I'm sure this was of great comfort to your family at this difficult time.

It will be my pleasure to share your lovely comments with the staff concerned, who I know will be most appreciative of your thoughtful post, at such a sad time for your family.
