(as the patient),

I was given the opportunity to exercise training with Joe after prostrate removal.  It was a 12 week course. I learned how to zoom call. My very own TV studio 😀 I felt very comfortable with this format in my own home. I could not believe the amount of exercise possible with minimal equipment,a towel, chair, 2 light weights for 45 minutes. The supervision and care was excellent. Thanks to the backroom staff to enable this very rewarding course when I most needed it. Please have a go if you are finding yourself in my position. My confidence has been helped and I am much fitter.
