About: Bromley Healthcare / Falls and fracture prevention service

(as a service user),

I had two falls in one day and the Care Link team called the ambulance  after this the falls team visited And gave me exercises

After another fall I was in Hospital for three weeks and have walked with a stick since I am now with exercises I am now able to walk around the house without a stick My confidence has now improved and I am able to go out indepently
