"Incompetent staff"

About: Churchtown Medical Centre

I provide my name in the hope they contact me for further comment as I have nothing to hide and hope it shakes some guilt into who is ultimately responsible.

Almost impossible to contact but when eventually you do (Once rang up a landline phone bill of £24 for help with one issue) dont be surprised if:

1) You "accidentally" get cut off

2) You are told to ring the following day at 8am (no chance)

3) You are told to ring 119 instead

Once I did get through with a covid jab question and was abruptly told " We have nothing to do with covid jabs" and was cut off.

Upon checking personal records online found that several issues had not been logged including one serious event involving 2 weeks in hospital and a major surgery.

Even a district nurse has commented that they don't know what they are doing half the time.

I would dearly love to sit down with the manager whose competency is questionable at best.
