(as the patient),

I am writing to tell you how pleased I was with the ambulance staff that attended me in Handcross on Saturday in the afternoon and took me to East Surrey hospital. Reece the paramedic and his colleague couldn’t have done more for me and carried out their duties very professionally. 

I was taken directly to the A and E department where, once again, I was given excellent care. Tests were carried out and a very thorough examination was carried out by a doctor and I was discharged in two and a half hours.

I would like to thank them and all the staff that cared for me that afternoon. You should be proud to have such an excellent team working at your hospital.
