"Trip to A&E with my daughter"

My daughter has special needs. She is non verbal. This makes knowing what is wrong with her difficult. She gets really upset around people she doesn’t know & strange places. She had fallen & hurt her knee. I took her to Altnagelvin A&E on Saturday morning in late October. We were seen quickly by Kieran. He was very kind & patient with us. My daughter was extremely upset & lay down on the floor. Kieran was so good & gently helped me lift her on to the bed. The radiographer was very kind to us & good with my daughter. She moved the bed instead of moving her. Another member of staff came to help plaster her leg who was also lovely. Kieran went above and beyond by coming out to my car with me to make sure my daughter could be safely lifted in to the car. I was so grateful for their kindness to me at a very stressful time. Too many times people complain & tell the bad bits so I wanted to give credit where credit was due
