"Outrageous "

Called at 10am this morning because my 4 month old baby had a high temperature, red rash and blisters all over his body. I was told that a Doctor would called back within the hour. Nobody called me back. I had to chase them again and was told the same thing, that someone would call within the hour and still, nobody called me back. Absolutely outrageous service. I’ll go straight to A&E next time.
