"Superb standards of treatment and care"

I had my first knee replacement at the end of May 2021 and the second at the start of September 2021 and on both occasions I received excellent treatment and care from all members of staff. The standards at this hospital are exceptional. The surgical team kept me informed of the procedures I would experience during the operation and the likely outcomes following surgery. Having the two total knee replacements replacements within 3 months, I was a little concerned about the recovery period, but am delighted with the outcomes, although I do appreciate it will be some time before I fully recover from the operations. The nursing staff allocated to me were exceptional and could not do enough, you would think that you were in a private ward, rather than an NHS patient. Meals were all of a very high standard, unlike some comments you read about other establishments. Communications both before and after the operations were also excellent. I have no hesitation in throughly recommending anyone to choose this hospital for similar treatments.
