(as the patient),

Went to vaccination centre with my husband for covid booster and flu jag .I was a bit apprehensive getting both jags at same time.

NHS male worker assured me that they had done many vaccinations with no ill effects which helped put my mind at ease. The organisation of the team was excellent from the registration lady who was very helpful and also the 2 people taking details and administering the vaccinations.

knowing the difficult times we are currently living in it is good to know that there are these teams of people who are there to help and support us.

It was so good to read of your positive and constructive experience at the vaccination clinic recently.

We are aware that many people do arrive apprehensive and with many questions, We do strive hard to put people at their ease and make the procedure as stress free as possible.
