"The staff were amazing"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as a service user),

After three weeks of a grumbling gallbladder, I was admitted to B12 and everything then started to go in the right direction. An MRI scan was completed within a couple of hours and a treatment plan sorted out. The staff were amazing, explaining exactly what was going on, what was going to happen and the immediate next steps. The care of the whole team was superb, especially Laura who, despite clearly not having enough time, made time for everyone.

Dear Vickthestick

Thanks for posting your experience to share we really appreciate all types of feedback to help shape or services. I am glad that you have received the care you required at the right time, despite suffering symptoms for a few weeks prior to your admission. Your feedback describes how teams work together and the benefits when things work well, I am glad you had a positive experience and hope that you are continuing to recover.

Feedback is always shared with the teams and I am sure they will also wish you well in your recovery.

Alison
