(as a service user),

Prodded along to the Kingsgate Centre in Dunfermline today. Had been advised by certain folk that long queues were being experienced. WRONG !!. Arrived at venue and greeted by VERY pleasant chap. Directed straight away to VERY pleasant receptionist. Directed to yet another 2 VERY pleasant administers of vaccines. They both took time to explain the procedure and carried out the needful. After a brief stay, I took my leave of more VERY pleasant staff. Total time....10 mins. At a time when the NHS is constantly under sustained pressure, it is most pleasing to  be able to witness all of their relentless efforts.

Many thanks for your feedback concerning the DW Sports vaccination clinic. I am so pleased that your experience there was positive and pleasant - it is the standard of care we are genuinely motivated to provided for all people, who attend our vaccination centres.
