Pleased to be called for the vaccines so promptly.
Disappointed that at 79 I was expected to walk streets in the centre of Dunfermline in the dark on my own.
Disappointed I had to queue for my appointment for 40 minutes before I even got the chance to sit down and wait a further 20 minutes to be vaccinated.
Very pleased with the efficiency professionalism and politeness of the staff when I finally was called to be vaccinated.
