"Outstanding A&E Service"

I was sent to A&E by my GP due to worsening reddening of my eyes, I felt slightly embarrassed attending A&E with this but nonetheless I arrived and was seen by reception immediately, dealt with kindly and expeditiously by the receptionist.

I was triaged within 15 minutes by a pleasant Nurse and seen within 30 minutes of my triage. The Dr that provided my A&E Care was thorough, explained everything to me and took all the time needed to explain the next steps and things to watch out for.

This was genuinely one of the best A&E experiences I’ve ever had and I couldn’t fault the service or staff in any way.
