I have nothing but good things to say - if you ring the bell staff will be with you right away. Moreover the staff explain things really well.

The tests come through really quick, I was told there was a long waiting list however I was taken for tests within 2 days and I was really happy about that as I thought I'd be waiting weeks.

It is really good to have a visitor every 2 days and it is great visiting is allowed as it is very lonely without them.

Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience. I am so glad to hear that you had a positive experience whilst being an inpatient with us and that you got your tests and results quicker than you had anticipated. I am also pleased that you felt that the 1 North team communicated and explained things well. We agree that it is fantastic that visiting has started again as it important to have your support network close by when your unwell.
