Attended surgery this morning after a booked telephone appointment I was asked to attend surgery immediately examined and advised by two wonderful Doctors who explained precisely my condition I thank them for their excellent service and speed of appointment. Please do not dismiss telephone consultations I am sure they will be acted on if necessary
