I have been unable to contact this practice for a review of my medication. I cannot request a further supply until I have managed to get through. I spent two hours where I was number 6 in the queue. I got down to number one and then the practice closed.
It is unacceptable to wait 2 hours, especially when I have been told all calls require telephone triage.
I know that if I run out of medication, I will have very unpleasant side effects.
I am very disappointed and concerned.
