Unfortunately it has gone downhill. I have made numerous doctors appointments for my mum who has asthma but has been suffering with pain and breathlessness. It was near on impossible to get a phone appointment with the doctor and he refused to check my mum face to face. She is still unwell and we don’t know what to do as we keep getting fobbed off.
