(as a service user),

I am suffering with depression and anxiety this is all new to me as iv never felt the way I feel befor its scary and makes u feel alone then I was put in contact with mind inclusion who phoned me on a regular basis with advice and reassure they made me see that I was not alone and I was not mad I had someone to listen to me who understands what I was feeling and who gave me good advice and tips to help with my attacks I'm waiting to start counciling with them now and fingers crossed I can get the old me back but a happier me I think the support they give is fantastic and the lady jade who contacts me I just want to send u a very heart felt thank u for being there for me ur a real ANGEL xxxx

I’m sorry to read you are suffering from depression and anxiety, as you mentioned it could be scary and make you feel isolated.

I’m glad you were put in contact with us, finding the support on a regular basis with advice and reassurance, and that you could see you were not alone, or mad as you described. Very happy to read that you felt listened to and that we understood the way you were feeling.

Good on you Shan47! As you were open to taking the advice and tips, so it helped you with your attacks.

I’m sure you will learn a lot more coping techniques during your counselling sessions, and you will feel happier and why not even better than “the old you”!

Thank you for your words regarding the work we do; I’m sure Jade will be very proud of the change you have reached so far, and more to come as with your treatment you will be able to go further.

Continue connecting with that enthusiasm and desire to be better, you will be able to reach far!
