"Brilliant health team! "

Went in this afternoon with my son who had blood in his stools, I was so touched by the work of the receptionists, nurses and the Dr I came across. They were visibly understaffed, yet they were so patient, calm, professional and helpful. I felt that my son was checked thoroughly and I Ieft the hospital with a full understanding of what was going on with my son. He was given some antibiotics and received full advice on how to look after him at home and who to contact should his condition get worse. What a brilliant service NHS, THANK YOU SO MUCH!
