"My father’s Covid-19 vaccine was incorrectly coded."

Earlier in the year, it became apparent that my father’s medical record was incorrect. This was most concerning as he goes abroad regularly.

Following 3 emails from me, 3 visits from my father and one visit from me, a variety of colleagues, especially Dipa, Sophia and another lady (French name?) helped us to identify the issue and resolve it to a satisfactory conclusion.

It took a lot of effort, but Dipa kept me updated and managed to get us to where we needed to be!
