I had an operation 8 Oct 21 and started to get severe pain 13 Oct 21. Rang 111 who said they would send a referall to this surgery. I rang the surgery and spoke to a lady who confirmed the referall had been received and I would received a call in the requested 2 hours. No call was ever received by me.
"No call after 111 referral"
