"Terrible organisation"

Having a suspected broken my collar bone I visited the centre to have an x ray. After having the x ray I was asked to wait in a communal area. After 40 minutes a member of the reception staff asked me to vacate the seat and go outside to wait in the bike shed. I kid you not, the bike shed. In a t shirt, with a broken collar bone in the cold. This was apparently due to a high volume of patients. The building is huge, why is there not better, socially distanced seating provided. I’m appalled by this treatment.
