I was feeling extremely anxious and desperately needed some GP advice regarding my 12 year old Son being depressed. The receptionist listen to my needs and then went over and above to help me. She went away and spoke to the duty doctor who agreed to call me back after the receptionist explained my anxiousness. She call me back within 5 minates to advise me this. The duty doctor called within the hour and was excellent and answered a lot of questions I had. I found this so encouraging to support my sons needs. Thank you.
