After going through the e-consult procedure I was pleasantly surprised to have a phonecall from my allocated Doctor at the surgery. She listened to my concerns ( I have a form of blood cancer ) and I did not feel rushed. Her kind and pleasant manner put me at ease. She arranged a blood test for this week ( even though I understand there is a shortage nationally of the blood test vials) . Amazing service from an excellent GP. Thank you .
