I was admitted on 13 September after being diagnosed in A and E with a spigelian hernia and was operated on later that day to both repair the hernia as well as a bowel resection.
From being first seen at A and E to a 10 day recovery stay in ward T5 I have nothing but praise for all the staff who cared for me. The skill of the surgical team, the skill, kindness and care of the nursing staff and health care assistants was outstanding. But the word that really applies to all of them is professionalism. Thank you
