Highly appreciate the care that has been given to my daughter over the weekend.  My daughter was referred to A&E on from Falkirk community out of hours dental team, two lovely dentists and a nurse called Laura were fantastic.  At A&E the nursing assistant Marie was fantastic my daughter just loved her she made my daughter feel so comfortable and got her prepped for her bloods etc and the maxfax lady who stayed with my daughter from her journey from a and e to after her dental surgery. She was so professional and could tell she knew her job very well when I seen her in theatre I just felt so much better she was there. the theatre staff were amazing as well as the children ward staff nurses Allison, Charlotte, Jackie and Brenda and all the other staff who I can't remember there names.  So grateful for my daughter getting the best care! And thank you to Mark the porter who transferred my daughter around the hospital and the lovely house keeping staff that kept us fed and water and chatted away to making us feel comfortable.  Such an amazing team!

Hello LF05,

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your daughter's experience in the Emergency Department and each of the other services/departments. I am sorry to hear she required to undergo a procedure, I hope she is doing well and wish her a speedy recovery.

Positive feedback like this is most welcome and undoubtedly gives our staff a much needed boost whilst working in these extremely challenging times. I will ensure your feedback reaches the staff involved in your daughter's care.
