(as the patient),

In October 2021 I underwent  a three-and-a-half Holep operation in the Eden Theatre.  The surgical team, led by Miss Teixiera, the Eden Theatre and Ward staff and all the staff in the Kynance Independence Unit were simply first-class.  At all times they were, without exception, professional, attentive, cheerful and friendly.  They managed to turn a potentially daunting experience into an almost mundane, routine matter which undoubtedly helped my speedy recovery.  Remarkably I have been pain-free since the operation to the extent that I have needed no painkillers at all not even paracetamol, which I suspect is because the operation was by laser and therefore less invasive than other methods. I am indebted to all the staff who cared for me so well.
