Being over 65 I find I need to seek medical help more often as my age and general health dictates this last 2 years have seen this more so after seeing the service get slowly worse over the years I’m am pleased to say this year I have noticed a marked improvement in all aspects of the service the drs were always good it was getting to see none now I find the reception staff far more helpful and get you to the appropriate person I like the telephone consultation with whoever when I need to be seen I was directed to phone call from nurse practitioner who referred me to a dr who also called me back to discuss my problem and wanted to see me she made me an appointment that afternoon where she examined me had blood tests ordered next had to be sent before 12 all this in under 6 hours. The front of house staff all seem a lot happier and friendlier a vast improvement
