"Great care at FVRH breast clinic"

I had a return appointment at the breast clinic earlier this week. All of the staff I encountered were great - but I was particularly looked after by Shirley.

Shirley’s care and attention to my care, comfort and dignity were exceptional. I was less anxious while having the procedure done by the clinician while Shirley was at my side, than I had been sitting in the waiting room!

She exudes a positive energy and warmth, and from what I observed is great at her job. I hope that this is recognised and rewarded by her colleagues and managers.
