"One of the nicest people I have dealt with in a long time"

I had my contraceptive implant removed from my arm & a new one inserted last week. 

The Nurse, her name was Alex. She has got to be one of the nicest people I have dealt with in a long time. She phoned me to offer me an earlier time, & when I hung up the phone I said to my husband how nice she had came across over the telephone.

She was just as nice in person. She was so down to earth & put me at ease. Her lovely nature/manner shone through very quickly. She was very professional & gave me all the information I needed & asked me if I had any questions. I have not always been so lucky going to previous appointments like this in the past. Some of the people haven’t been so nice & friendly, especially when you can feel nervous going to these things.

She is just such a lovely person with a really nice nature & is so well suited to her job. She is a credit to the NHS. I just hope for my next appointment I get someone equally as nice, though I am not so sure. She deserves to be recognised for the great work she does & more to the point, the way I’m which she does it 🌟
