"Very Calming, reassuring and competent! "

After having a painful and overall not very nice experience at my local dentists I was referred to the Dental Hospital and an appointment made with a 4th year student.

On arrival I was greeted by a cheerful face and pleasant attitude. The process was explained fully, I expressed concerns and said I was very nervous but I was very much put at ease. The procedure went smoothly, pain free and the student allocated to me did everything she could to reassure and calm me throughout. Obviously she wasn’t alone and and had a full team with her of assistants and supervisors and they were all so cheerful, welcoming and relaxed. Transformed my view of dentists.
