"Haven’t received my telephone appointment"

About: Hywel Dda University Health Board

(as a service user),

I made an online appointment at 7am and you can only make appointments on the day. I haven’t received a call and I’m in a lot of pain and needed an asthma inhaler. Every time I phone the doctors, it’s line busy or I’m waiting half an hour on the phone and receive no help whatsoever. At the moment I have no faith in my local doctors

If you are completely out of a required medication, your local Pharmacy should be able to issue you an emergency supply.
