"Couldn't have been faster"

My child came home from school with a nasty looking infected cut on his hand. Slightly fearing the worst due to the media coverage of waiting times we called reception to ask what to do. Within 10 minutes we'd received a GP callback and sent over a photo. Within 45 mins we had a collected a prescription from the pharmacy and started a course of antibiotics. Pretty impressive and much appreciated! Thank you.
