"My experience with the practice at the health unit the somerford grove."

It was my first feeling of comfort at the entrance. The receptionists were so calm, however much they seemed busy on calls and attending to clients. I was referred to by the one of the pharmacies nearby somerford grove, as I had moved to the area. It was the right call to make. The right choice. I registered; little did I know I would even be accepted and not only that, but all so fast to be put into their system.

I am sorry for the typing errors. I have poor sight and recently had my shoulder dislocated. I am in much pain but I can bear the joy of sharing my good feelings.

The Doctors have been fantastic,  (I'm not saying I used to have bad experiences with other surgeries) but I can state that this surgery cares and really do care, not only medically, but emotionally. They have called me back when I needed to hear from them with patience and professionalism, and a friendly tone in these times, when things are tough on each one of us.

I am so appreciative of the quick service. I am sorry for those who might have had a different view point but I promise my experience and feelings are different.

I am in much pain but the reassurance I have received over the calls from either receptionist or doctors on duty have been a tremendous help to my healing already. I feel I have a place to lean on .

Thanks somerford grove for such a rare and very friendly and supportive service, you have rendered not once, not twice but always..

My wish is to continue to treat everyone the same way - with kindness and humbleness, and I feel for you especially during this time .

My love and lots of appreciation for the job well done . Sorry for mistakes my eye sight is bad and I am sorry for those who are still in pain. My prayers go to you and all families out there .
