I'd thought the website was "unfriendly". When I tried to send a message this last Monday I couldn't even find out how to do that because they've made the website even more unfriendly. I hadn't thought that was possible. I then tried phoning. After holding on for ages I gave up. I then decided to type a message out, print it, and hand deliver. When I arrived on Monday afternoon the waiting room was empty. I rang the bell "once" as requested. Waited with no signs of anyone appearing so left the message on the desk.
Now, today, Wednesday mid-afternoon, I'm still waiting for a response.
"Unfriendly"
