I've been with the surgery for just shy of 5yrs and the service has deteriorated since joining. It's nigh on impossible to get and appointment and when you do get one you feel like you've burdened them. At my last appointment I went into detail, a lot if detail. This was an appointment to get a fit note work. I explained I'm on a HR27 at work and my fit note would need to reflect that. When I received the note I was signed off with "chronic pain", this is after a serious suicide attempt and severe depression in relation to a brain haemorrhage I suffered a few years ago. "Chronic pain"?!
