We are very sorry for your loss as a family and we are thinking of many of our patients and their carers who have had a bereavement. We take great pride in supporting our patients, their loved ones and carers at such a difficult time in their life. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and recognised the care, professionalism, knowledge, skill and compassion that the District Nurses within our team provide.
