"Good experience but wish the text service was better"

About: Sexual Health Services - North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

I received a text message that said I was in building A. I was sat in the reception area for building A and received a phone call saying I was in the wrong building. I then asked the receptionist where the building wash she pointed me in the right direction. I was late to my appointment because of this, however the nurse who saw me was pleasant and made me feel comfortable. I don’t like needles, and she helped me breathe through it whilst injecting me.

Overall the experience was okay, I just wish the text service was better. :)

Dear footballzm46. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the service you received. I would like to apologise for the confusion that the text message gave you in relation to where your appointment was in Cobridge. I will certainly be looking at ways to improve this in the future.

It is good to hear that when you did attend you were made to feel comfortable and treated with good care by the nurse.
