"A&E is filthy, 3rd world doesn't it better"

I attended A&E today, no complaints from me about the staff because they are first class, they are fantastic.

But, the facility is dreadful, filthy, I've been in third world triage departments that are cleaner.

What are the management doing, still working from home on 'Teams' meetings?

Hey, manager ,get back to the front line and put some hot water and disinfectant in a bucket and get those floors mopped.

A bloody disgrace, I challenge you to take a swab from the floor of room three and find out what sinister microbes lurk on that floor. No wonder that hygiene is such a huge issue in hospitals, it is literally walked in!

Filthy is not acceptable in the modern era, NHS front line staff deserve applause, they do the hard lifting. I can clearly see why the NHS is failing, too many box ticking KPI managers, pick up a hot mop manager and swab those disgusting floors in A&E, for a start..
