(as a service user),

We can not Thank the staff of Ward 208, ARI enough for the excellent care and compassion shown to our Mum. I can’t remember all their names but Sarah, Anna and Lee on the day shift ,Caroline on the night shift, Dr Fatima and Mr Michael were all incredibly professional and kind.

We would also like to thank the nurse from gmeds and the ambulance crew.

The staff work hard to ensure that all patients and families are cared for in a person-centred manner which we recognise is especially important at such a difficult time.
