From NHS number: 438 842 1715
Imagine receiving a text saying:
"We note from your records that you are a smoker and would like to make you aware of the free NHS stop smoking service"
Doesn't seem like a big deal. But it is, considering I keep telling every GP I've seen that I do not smoke anymore.
It's been 4 years since I stopped, and stopping is really important to my recovery history. I asked that it was noted on my medical records, but clearly it wasn't. Now I'm wondering what else has been omitted from conversations with my GP (different GP every time I go).
Also, I've been trying to get a hold of an email address so that I can email a letter, to no avail. I need a document adding to my medical records.
"Not good. "
