Impossible to book an appointment.

I have an auto immune condition, which means that I need certain medications. They keep getting the prescription wrong. Supposed to have a flu jab but they refuse to give one to me. The hours for booking an appointment are so limited that, as a teacher, it's impossible for me to book. Receptionists are rude and unhelpful. Practice manager is usually absent. Can't comment on the GPS as I've never met one despite being a patient for 6 months!
