"It's so hard to receive help"

About: Northwick Park Hospital / General Medicine

(as the patient),

I came on 12 September to Northwhick park hospital. Left without any letter or numbers and they claimed they would call me within the week and I waited but received no call. I called Northwick Park hospital today waiting 10 minutes and the receptionist sent me to another entirely different hospital. I called again and waited for 20 minutes where the woman hung up on me just because I didn’t reply what department I was in and told me to go back to my gp. 

I as a patient feel extremely uncared for and feel as if it’s SO hard to receive help.
